Most questions are covered in the user guide, one step at a time. For anything else, send a diagnostic report from inside LeadEyePro or email us. Include the stock number and a screenshot and we can usually fix it on the first reply.
Technical questions, a listing that looks wrong, a new store to set up, or anything about your account.
The fastest way to show us what happened. It sends your note with LeadEyePro's own logs and settings from your computer. Never your passwords.
Usernames, passwords, which store you post for and your Post settings all come from your manager. Managers run the team from the Manager Hub.
Your manager gives you a LeadEyePro username and password. Open your dealership's website, click the LeadEyePro button at the bottom right, and sign in. The button shows your name when you are in. Part 03 of the guide has the pictures.
Check that you are signed in: puzzle piece at the top right of Chrome, then LeadEyePro, then the Home tab. Refresh the page (Ctrl+R). Still nothing? Open chrome://extensions, click the round arrow on LeadEyePro, then refresh the page.
Run the Inventory Manager from the LeadEyePro menu on your website. Wrong prices show under Price updates and gone units under Mark as sold; one click fixes each. Part 09 of the guide walks through it.
Keep both tabs open until a post finishes, and make sure you are signed in at facebook.com. Then post it again. If Facebook asked you to slow down, stop posting for the day; the queue pauses on its own when Facebook says so.
Yes. Sign in with the same account on both. Your posts and the latest Inventory Manager results follow your account. Sharing a computer? Sign out before someone else signs in.
LeadEyePro runs in Google Chrome on a computer. From your phone you can add your own photos or a short video to a listing: scan the QR code in the Post window and upload from the lot.
Send a diagnostic report from inside LeadEyePro (puzzle piece, LeadEyePro, Contact Us), or email support@leadeyepro.com with what you expected, what happened, the stock number and a screenshot.
Email support@leadeyepro.com with your website address and how many salespeople will post, or use the form on the front page. Setup is done with you, for your website.
